We are so excited to announce and share this beautiful New Orleans Styled Wedding Photography shoot. The shoot took place at Marché right on the Mississippi River in the French Quarter. The venue provides an elegant, modern and sophisticated atmosphere with a French Quarter vibe.
Huge thanks to Christie Chopin with Mise En Place Events for styling and helping pull it all together.

The success of this shoot is a direct result of all of the vendors involved in contributing towards to the styling. The below description and title of the inspired shoot was written by Christie Chopin with Mise En Place Events:
The first time I laid eyes on Marché, I pictured this dreamy, airy wedding taking place in front of the brightly lit windows that overlook the French Quarter. The inspiration for this shoot was to create a soft Southern look with modern elements. We did this by combining soft greenery and ivory florals with modern touches of copper, geometric shapes and of course marble which we pulled inspiration for from the gorgeous marble floors in the main room at Marche´. For an added touch of fun, we created a donut wall from Winks Bakery with donuts hanging on a custom copper grid, covered with greenery. The cake was a stunning 2-tier creation of marbled fondant with copper marbling on the bottom tier and adorned with a single gardenia, by Bittersweet Confections.
All photography was captured by Matthew Diaz – Diaz Nola Photography. The Bride wore three designs from local dress shop Olivier Couture: Maggie Sottero, Justin Alexander. Our Groom was styled by John’s Tuxedos and The Rooster Club, because who doesn’t love a man bun?!
The design by Mise En Place Events was a collaboration with other creatives – Firefly Ambiance (candle decor), IRIS floral + event design studio (Floral), Bittersweet Confections (Cake), Sweet Providence Designs (Stationery), Perrier Party Rentals (furniture and rentals) ,BBJ (linen), La Tavola Fine Linen, and Connie Duglin Linens. The male model, Victor Arroyo Victor’s Instagram, is actually one of the previous stars on the reality show, Big Brother, and was on the last season. Amber Murphy has been featured in other modeling gigs locally and nationally. Amber’s hair was done by Up’sa Daisy Hair Studio and makeup by Beso Makeup
