Remember these two? Katie and Darren’s New Orleans Wedding Photography wedding was such a sweet and fun time! It’s always great getting to know a couple’s story through taking their engagement photos and then capturing their special day as well. These two have known each other practically their whole lives. They parted ways after high school and somehow a few years down the road their families may have accidentally hooked them back up, maybe. Their first date settled their relationship and two years later, they were engaged! When you’re both locals from the New Orleans area, you most absolutely have a wedding in the Big Easy!
New Orleans Wedding Photography gives you an abundance of beautiful locations but nothing beats the beauty of the churches in the area. The two were wed in St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church and the reception was held at the Magnolia Plantation. These two were a sight to behold and their love for each other was something unique. Look how many times that man cried! These two did a first look as well, which we highly recommend always! It’s a unique, intimate moment for each couple and we’ve never not seen incredible magic happen in first looks! Their ceremony was sweet and the reception was a party! We had such a blast, going from their engagement photos to their big day. Katie and Darren are an amazing couple, and they’re photographers as well, so we had plenty to bond over. We wish them the happiest days full of love until the end of time. We wish you could’ve been there to celebrate the New Orleans Wedding Photography wedding but here is the fun we were able to capture!
