French Quarter Engagement

In this beautiful New Orleans French Quarter Engagement Photography Shoot, Nequel and Dejean’s love for one another shines through in each and every picture.  We are ecstatic to have been able to photograph their engagement shoot in New Orleans’ historic French Quarter and in the gorgeous City Park.

Nequel and Dejean first met six years ago while both were still attending college in 2011.  They just so happened to have gotten a job in the Macy’s of Mall of Louisiana at the same time.  Despite them wanting to see each other, they were never scheduled at the same time.  Their only opportunity to see each other was brief and in passing.  Dejean, unfortunately, had to move back to New Orleans shortly after they agreed to exchange numbers.  After a time of separation, he moved back to Baton Rouge to attend law school at LSU where he and Nequel began dating.  They decided to make their relationship official in 2013 when Dejean proposed!

It was such a delight to work with Nequel and Dejean.  They are so clearly in love with each other that each photo came out better than the last.  It was a struggle for them to keep their eyes off each other and every word, it seemed, was quickly followed by a smile and a kiss.  It’s easy to see their passion for each other in the pictures below.
